​I am an Associate Professor of Management at Simon Fraser University, where I teach leadership in the Executive MBA and executive education programs on Digital Transformation, AI-Empowered Leadership, and the Technology Leadership Program with CIO Canada.

My research is published in academic and business journals, including the Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource Management, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. My HBR article “Are You Really a Good Listener?” (with Colin Fisher) was named one of the Top 10 Must-Read Articles on Communication.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, including work at the Center for Creative Leadership, I help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, lead change, and build leadership capacity.
