I am an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University. My work and research seeks to help people develop as ethical and effective leaders; and to help organizations strengthen the people side of business. My research and courses are in the areas of leadership, organizational psychology, mentoring, and talent management.
My professional experience includes work in leadership development at the Center for Creative Leadership, as co-founder of the Halogen Foundation in Singapore, and as a section commander in military service. I have taught courses in organizational behavior, talent management, and interpersonal dynamics at Claremont Graduate University and Boston University.
I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from Boston University, Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, and Bachelors in Social Science from the National University of Singapore.
