​I am an Associate Professor of Management at Simon Fraser University, where I teach leadership in the Executive MBA and executive education programs on Digital Transformation, AI-Empowered Leadership, and the Technology Leadership Program with CIO Canada.

My research is published in academic and business journals, including the Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource Management, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review. My article “Are You Really a Good Listener?” (with Colin Fisher) was recognized as one of HBR's 10 Must-Read Articles on Communication.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, including work at the Center for Creative Leadership, I help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, lead change, and build leadership capacity.
