I am a management professor with experience in leadership development and executive education. My research is in the areas of leadership, mentoring, and human resource management. I am particularly interested in relational approaches to workplace learning and innovation.
My professional experience includes work in leadership development at the Center for Creative Leadership, as co-founder of the Halogen Foundation in Singapore, and as a section commander in military service. I have taught courses in organizational behavior, talent management, and interpersonal dynamics at Claremont Graduate University and Boston University.
I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from Boston University, Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, and Bachelors in Social Science from the National University of Singapore.
