I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior at the Boston University School of Management and a researcher affiliated with the Center for Creative Leadership.
My research examines the psychology of leadership, mentoring, and positive relationships in organizations. In particular, I am interested in positive interpersonal processes of social support, feedback, attachment, and inclusion.
In January 2015, I will join Claremont Graduate University as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences.
