I am an Organizational Psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University. I am also the founder and director of the Talent Science Lab - a group focused on careers and talent management research.
My research is in the areas of career decision making, mentoring, and leadership. I am particularly interested how people thrive in the face of change. My professional experience includes work in leadership development at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a social entrepreneur and co-founder of the Halogen Foundation in Singapore.
I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from Boston University and a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
