My research is in the areas of leadership, mentoring, and human resource management. I am particularly interested in relational approaches to workplace learning, performance, careers, and talent management.
My professional experience includes work in leadership development at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a social entrepreneur and co-founder of the Halogen Foundation in Singapore.
I received my PhD in Organizational Behavior from Boston University and a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University.
